ok so bail in this case is set for $1500.00 and they want me to sign some paper saying i will owe them $10,000.00 if my daughter skips bail so does this mean that if and when she goes to court i dont have to deal with the bonds people anymore???i mean she will be at court if i have to drag her there myself #1 she has no place to go and is with a 4 month old daughter and besides she is scared out of her skin right now that she will coperate with the police anyways

ok so the warrant for my arrest just came in and i’m scheduled to go in in the morning for the pics and such. my bail is set at $850.00 which probably doesn’t seem like that much to most of you but for me it is. i literally have 73 cents in my pocket. The only thing i own is my car so is it possible to put the title for my car as collateral, all the bail bonds people around here require 10% which is $85 and a service fee of $75 so thats $160.00 right. so ????
