My brother was caught on a warrant for his arrest for Domestic Violence, about 4 weeks after his incarceration he was released because my parents went through a Bail Bond Company. They agreed to pay 100.00 for a year. He’s been to every court date, never missed a court date. And finally the court decided to dismiss the charges but he still had to owe the Bail Campany X amount of money. He stopped paying them, can the Bail Bond Company do anything? Like get a warrant for his arrest? What can they do?
