My question is when you post a bail bond, to get someone out of jail and they have to stay home till the quart date, which is in two months, are you responsible for them if they go away or get in trouble? Also, if the bail bond is $1,000.00, do you get that back at court time? Also, would you be responsible for paying the court fees for this person or do they have to pay their own? I just want to know if I’m going to be responsible for someone that I help with a bail bond. Thanks.
