Ok my cousin posted bail for her boyfriend through a bondsman.He skipped out a few days after.Besides her having to pay the money,what else will happen with her?She is also currently in the process of moving,will this affect her any?She cant afford to pay the bond so shes going to file bankruptcy.The reason I am asking is because she is afraid they are going to think he’s with her(because shes moving)and hes NOT with her.He went back home(europe).Will she get arrested or will they try and arrest her?Please give me any information possible.I really am scared for her right now.

The court gave him a bond exoneration form… and told him he should get his money back from the bondsman. The bondsman told him that he will not get any money back!!! Is this right that they will keep hiss $5000.00 for posting bail on charges that where dropped??? I don’t understand… is their admin fee $5000.?
