I was thrown in jail and my stepdad put in a good word to a bail bondsmen to get me out for free but we worked out a payment plan and everything was good. then I went to my court date and the charges were dropped, now the bail bondsmen is wanting half of his money (1000$) now or he is going to revoke my bond even though this is not what we agreed to originaly. my question is since the charges were dropped can they put me back in jail for getting my bond revoked?

Since i’ve been bailed out by a bail-bondsmen, now every month i have to make payments, to pay off the whole bail bonds debt. This month i couldn’t find a way to make any money for my bills. So i have NO IDEA, how I’m gonna be able to pay the bail-bondsmen. So what happens if i don’t pay them?
