the public defender recommended that i get a bail bondsman. i have no idea what a bail bondsman is or anything, i was told i’d probably have to provide collateral but i don’t have anything at all, everything i have is still being paid for so its not mine. i have no idea how much bail will be. Its for misdemeanor theft of property, how much can i expect bail to be? its in arkansas
i’m pretty sure its a class a misdemeanor theft of property cause it was less than $500

A friend of mine told me he was arrested for Public Intoxication and that he had to spend 12 hours in jail until he was bailed out. He told me that he has to go to court on June 17th. He might have had a traffic ticket, but he has never been arrested before. What is the purpose of the court hearing. Will he be on probation or have to go to drug meetings?

When somebody bails somebody out of jail is it true that at some point they will get their money back and who exactly gives it back?

Since i’ve been bailed out by a bail-bondsmen, now every month i have to make payments, to pay off the whole bail bonds debt. This month i couldn’t find a way to make any money for my bills. So i have NO IDEA, how I’m gonna be able to pay the bail-bondsmen. So what happens if i don’t pay them?

Ive heard that buying keywords to promote my site could cost 100 bucks a month, but I found a site, www.brevardcounty.com, that shows up first when I type brevard county bail bonds in a yahoo search engine. Its only 500 bucks a year to get first in their list of bail bonds. So do you think its better to pay the 500 to get to the top of the list on www.brevardcounty.com, or should I pay more to try to promote my site and if so, any cheap ways to promote the site? Thanks
