I’m on parole and my ex girlfriend says she is going to have me charged with assault over a fight we had 2 days ago. If she goes through with this would I be able to make bail bond in the normal way or would they keep me in jail?
She is only making the allegations it isn’t that they have been proved.

The row started with her having a go at me saying I had been smoked a cigarette around my son which I hadn’t and then we got into a verbal row and she was in my face and I just pushed her away so I could get away from it and calm things down. She is thereatening to make it sound bad but that ws all that happened.
