I was just wondering if there is bail bonds for teens (16) if there is please tell me as soon as possible.

In california if you are the co-signer on someones bond (i know that makes you equaly responsible) if they dont pay, will the company go after the offender first or the co-signer? If the offender has served his time on the sentece the bail was posted for, can they take him back for not paying, or will they just by-pass him and go for the co-signer…. thanks

Whats the worst that could happen if someone doesnt pay back their initial bail bond and you are the co signer. The case is already done as far as court goes, but they still owe the bail bonds over $1500.

My boyfriend is in jail and his family is hounding me to put up my house as collateral. Of course I would never do such a thing, but there has to be more resources out there. His bond is 25,000. His family has the money, they don’t have anything for collateral worth 50,000. (Which is what is needed)
