that is going to be a hard one, if you have clear title to a car try to get a loan on the car to pay the monies, most likely bail bonds will not want the title, if the person defaulted they still will have to go and find the car to repossess not something the do

Not sure about L.A. but I take’em here all the time. but you have to leave the car with me. Its the collateral, not the title.
