the bond you posted for your jumpbail friend will be confiscated if you can’t produce him to court

who ever the bail bondmen is he/she will come looking for you and your friend. He goes back to jail I think. Ask Dog the Bounty Hunter.

WHEN YOU POSTED THE BAIL YOU BECAME THE EMDIMETER MEANING THAT LEGALLY YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT PERSON APPEARING IN COURT,THE BONDING AGENCY WILL OWE THE STATE THE PRICE OF THE BOND YOU FORFIET THE 10% THAT YOU PUT UP, THE BOND AGENCY CAN SUE YOU FOR THE OTHER 90% OF THE BOND!
