What happens if you don’t pay your bail bonds bill?

Since i’ve been bailed out by a bail-bondsmen, now every month i have to make payments, to pay off the whole bail bonds debt. This month i couldn’t find a way to make any money for my bills. So i have NO IDEA, how I’m gonna be able to pay the bail-bondsmen. So what happens if i don’t pay them?

Your bond will be forfeited and you will go to jail.

They can revoke your bail and you go back to jail.

Call them and tell them what is going on and they will work with you. If not you will be in default and will go to jail

Normally you are secured by personal assets such as a house or an automobile. If in this case you defaulted on your agreement, then they would assume ownership of the asset and obtain the value of it to go against what you still owe them. If there is anything left over, they will pay you back the difference.

If you do not have anythying secured in your agreement, then they reserve the right to take you back to court if you cannot find a way to stay current with your agreement. Do you have a car title that you can use? I would use it before I would go to jail.

They can send a Bounty Hunter after you. I would recomend that you call them, explain the situation, and see if you can negotiate another payment plan. Doing nothing is the worst possible choice.

they take it to court and find you in contempt and throw you in jail
