Block their numbers.
It sounds as though your son may have skipped out on his bail. All you should need to do is inform them to stop calling you. Start documenting every phone call, keep a pen and paper by the phone.
I am not sure if a bail bondsmen would have to follow the rules set under the fair credit collections act, but it might. Documentation would be the key to getting some legal intervention.
Tell them where your son is and tell him that he does not live with you. Don’t hide your son, it will make it worse and he has to stand up and take responsibility. If they continue to call, speak to one of the superiors. Good Luck. But if you do turn him over, they will no longer have a reason to call.
call you son and have him pay what he owes, then they will stop
I would change the phone number.
I had people calling my cell phone looking for another party who had the number before me. No matter how many times I explained it was a new phone for me, new number, a different customer, etc. they wouldn’t listen. I finally just had it changed. Simple and easy fix. And it was free because I was getting harassing calls for someone else who previously had that number.
