Get out of a jail bail bond before its too late?

I just found out that the person being signed for is not a trustworthy person and told many lies. Is there any way that you can go to the bail bonder and ask not to be the signee anymore and have the man go back to jail?
So if I get the jail bond revoked, so then what happens for me and the person that got bonded?

Nope I’m afraid not, once the bond is posted there is no taking it back unless he fails to appear in court or the judge decides he’s a flight risk and takes away the bond forcing him back in jail.

If you bonded someone out of jail, you can have the bond revoked anytime you want, for any reason you want. No questions asked.

You can ask them to keep the money, and remove you as the signer. So they could turn him in.

But don’t even think of asking for your money back. Tell them to keep the % of the bail paid but you longer wish to be held responsible. ONLY post bail for close FAMILY, that have a history of prosperity!
