It depends on the crime he committed. If it is a misdemeanor then he will need I think it is 10% of the bail money.
You don’t go to jail for nothing, so if he wasn’t a threat to society he wouldn’t be in jail!
10% of his bond should get him out as long as you have the collateral to cover the rest. I been to jail many times in North Carolina.The cops here are tough.
