you want to be a bounty hunter correct if so you should be able to call a bail bondsmens office and ask them what the procedure is and you do have to be licesed and most likely they will train you i was going to do it and i also live in maryland and i called and there was a 2 week class i would have to attend they teach you how to shoot a bean bag shot gun and you have to be pepper sprayed
