My brother had plead guilty to a felony in exchange for 5 years probation. A short time after that he was arrested for harrasment brought on to him by his ex-girlfriend which he is out on bail for that and it is still an open case. The other day he then got arrested for apparently smoking marijuana, the judge did set a bail for him and he is hoping to get out on another bail bond, my only concern is under the circumstances can the jail where he is being held at still hold him there regardless of the judges ruling and would’nt that be up to his probation officer as well??

I understand that I will still have to pay the 4,000 there’s no doubt about that. But once tickets are warrants can you still make payment arrangments or do you have to pay in full. My ex-boyfriend was able to make arrangements once his tickets were warrants but that was with a county and they weren’t city tickets, so I don’t know if it works the same?

My broker said that I had Lehman Brothers Bonds, but my paperwork says Lehman Brothers Notes. Are they the same thing? I had a substantial amount invested with them. What do you think I will see on my dollar, if anything? Also, why did the Govt bail out Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and then yesterday AIG, while ignoring Lehman Brother’s problems?

I finished a year apprenticeship, and during that year only made 200 a week to basically work 24/7. I worked my ass off to get that license and am broke as hell. I started my own business with the help of my dad, and am trying to get business. Unfortunately I missed most of the phone book deadlines, and the only ad I will have won’t be out till July.
I am trying other ideas in the meantime, I have been doing mail outs but that is costing a lot of money and not getting any good responses, I end up getting calls for risky bonds, which I wan’t no part of. I might start calling once I get the call list, as the jail has a list of people that get arrested the previous day, that way I might get some bonds in the meantime.
My question is, does anyone know of any bondsman or maybe have any ideas that may help me out? I am a Florida bail bondsman. I pass out cards to everyone I see or meet. Im wondering if there are any public places you might know of that have boards for cards also

That night when I went to jail they told me I tore my husbands back all up. Looked like finger nail scratches. So I asked my husband to show me the marks on his back and he said he didn’t have any. Since he doesn’t know very much english he told me that the police told him to turn around and he said they were shaking there head yes. I guess like that was enough to take me to jail. But my husband said that was him making those marks he was scraching his back in front of all of them from the mosquitos. So now I am in Arkansas and I was reading on the back of this card that I got from the bail place it says something about jumping bail. I don’t know if that is what I am doing right now because I don’t have a house I travel with my husband from state to state city to city where ever they tell him to work. But my drivers licsence has the address where I used to live with my mom. Which is the place I got arrested at. Am I jumping bond. Please read carefully everything I have shared and help me out with the best of your knowledge I am new with all of this stuff. And don’t want to be in trouble. What should I do. iamct My husband didn’t press charges they asked him if he wanted anything to happen to me and he said NO To take him to jail instead of me. What do you mean about imaginary friend to myself.
DOG LOVER he doesn’t have any marks on his body right now those were just temporary marks from him scratching. I did hit him.
