My brother had plead guilty to a felony in exchange for 5 years probation. A short time after that he was arrested for harrasment brought on to him by his ex-girlfriend which he is out on bail for that and it is still an open case. The other day he then got arrested for apparently smoking marijuana, the judge did set a bail for him and he is hoping to get out on another bail bond, my only concern is under the circumstances can the jail where he is being held at still hold him there regardless of the judges ruling and would’nt that be up to his probation officer as well??
