I should imagine you are entitled to most of your bond back - minus the bailbondsman’s expenses …. you cleared your debt to society - so he/she had no need to incur any real expenses except the administration of the bond itself……speak to the bailsbondsman first - or apply to the courts for reimbursement…..
No when you have a bond posted for you the premium is 10 percent of the bond i.e. ( $5000 bond = $500 premium) that is the fee for the bond and it’s not refundable.
I just went threw this with Aladdin Bail Bonds, I had to pay a
$1500.00 Bail to get out of jail, then after 2 court appearances I was exonerated of any wrong doing by the DA, so I called Aladdin and was told the money I paid them was for there service and there will not be any refund,
I was given a bad check and while trying to cash it the bank had me arrested, car towed, and missed 2 day’s of work, for me to get my money back i have to sue the bank,
$100.000 has a nice sound to It.
