no. the only way to revoke it is by a judge decree.
Sure; take him back to the judge and (1) have someone else bond him over or (2) go to jail.
Practically it’s not happening
Yes go to the bail bondsmen and tell them you want to revoke the bond.
Doesn’t anyone watch Dog the bounty hunter?

If your father agreed to be financially responsible for the bond then the only thing he can do is turn your boyfriend over to the police to remove further financial responsibility.
If your father just agreed to pay the bondsman’s fee then he will still be responsible for that unless the boyfriend pays the bondsman.
Yes, he can go off the bond. he has to have a reason for doing so though. Not wanting to be liable probably wont be a good reason though since most bonding companies require you to sign contracts of liability which holds you liable if the defendant forfiets his bond and disappears. Thats what co-signing is. Giving your word that the defendant will show up to court and get his/her case taken care of and if the person fails to do that and cannot be found, the co-signer assumes full liability. An alternative would be to find someone to replace him as the co-signer. If he takes his name off the bond without a replacement co-signer the defendant will have new warrants issued for his arrest. In his case, i dont see him getting off the bond.
